The National Development Council (NDC) is launching its first online and self-paced certification course for community and economic development finance professionals, ED101-Economic Development Finance Online. Registration for the nationally acclaimed ED101 class is now open. This is the first course as part of NDC ONE, our much anticipated ONline Education initiative. More than 40 years ago, NDC created the first certification program for economic development finance professionals (EDFP Certification Program™), and has continued to set the gold standard for training people who are committed to making a difference in their communities. In this new, fully-online and self-paced version of our long-standing EDFP certification program, participants get a foundation in how to analyze and structure financing for small and medium-sized businesses as well as commercial real estate developments.
