Adam Ennis Assumes Leadership of Grow America as New President & CEO
Grow America welcomes Adam Ennis as its new President & Chief Executive Officer. Unanimously selected by the Grow America Board of Directors following an extensive nationwide search, Ennis officially assumes his new role today.
NDC is now Grow America.

Investments in housing and community development
Our experience and expertise goes beyond just investing in community development initiatives. We bring together local governments and public agencies, nonprofits, and developers from the beginning of the project, helping them to structure the financing and build the technical capacity of the local community.
Lending and entrepreneurial support
We have been lending to small businesses and nonprofits for more than thirty years. We help borrowers develop equity, create jobs, and build their communities from within.
Advisory support for community and economic development
Our advisors bring together other Grow America services and our deep well of expertise and contacts. We work with our clients to understand your goals and challenges, and then we develop a customized plan to help them achieve their objectives.
Training and professional education
Our training program, the first in our field, builds development finance capacity in professionals working at every level and for every sector of the economic, housing, and community development profession. We’ve trained over 85,000 people in the art and science of economic and housing development finance.
