Each SEED Academy ends with a capstone presentation by the students on their project to lenders, community leaders, and other real estate decision-makers to gain feedback and support. SEED Academy participants reconvene periodically to enhance their technical skills and knowledge, to share success stories, and to collectively identify barriers to emerging and woman-led developers in their communities.

Availability and Cost

SEED Academy is a sponsored program that is offered in specific communities free of charge to participants. SEED has been offered in more than 20 communities and has had nearly 500 participants and is expanding to additional communities across the U.S.
