Two of our HEDC New Markets, Inc. projects were honored with awards fromNovogradac at its recent New Markets Tax Credits Investors Conference in Boston. Omaha Standard of Council Bluffs, Iowa, won as the Best Operating Business Project and The Commons, a community facility in Durango, Colorado won an Honorable Mention in the Rural Project Category. These projects are bringing enduring benefits to their communities: new jobs, new investments, improvements in services and stability for community and educational organizations.
