John Finke and Dan Marsh will represent NDC HEDC Public Private Partnership at the 38th Bond Attorney’s Workshop on September 25-27 in Chicago, IL.
A General Session will kick off the program on Wednesday. Lois Scott, chief financial officer for the City of Chicago, will begin with a keynote presentation about the Chicago Infrastructure Bank initiative and the public finance industry. The workshop will then break out into a wide range of panels on topics covering virtually every area of municipal finance practice, including master classes and refresher sessions. This year there will be nine break-out sessions covering 30 timely topics.
John Finke will sit on Panel 1 and present a case study of NDC’s Ninth and Jefferson Building. Dan Marsh will be discussing monetizing municipal revenue streams on Panel 3.
