In the face of increasingly limited public funding for business expansion and development projects, many communities have created local revolving loan funds. RLFs complement scarce public and private funding by leveraging private dollars and reutilizing funds. NDC’s RLF course teaches a process for effectively designing public loan fund programs, analyzing credit and collateral, closing and documenting loans, portfolio servicing and management and innovative workout strategies – just to mention a few of the topics reviewed in this challenging two-day course.
