On Friday November 30th Madison County Housing Authority (MCHA) celebrated the opening of Gateway Village Development in Madison, IL. The housing development includes 78 units, including 53 affordable housing tax credit units and 25 units with rental assistance. MCHA anticipates being fully leased up by the end of 2012.
