Two NDC projects are among twenty finalists in the Urban Land Institute’s Awards for Excellence: The Americas Competition. They are the Ed Roberts Campus in Berkeley, California, financed with an NDC New Markets Tax Credit Allocation, and Tacoma (WA) Urban Waters, with NDC as a member of the development team.
Winners will be announced May 20, 2011 in Phoenix during ULI’s Real Estate Summit at its Spring Council Forum.
