July 2018- NDC Corporate Equity Fund XIV announced a LIHTC closing for the $26.8 million new construction of an affordable housing development in Seattle, WA. Judkins Junction Apartments will provide housing for low wage workers and families, it is being developed alongside Patricia K. Apartments at the corner of 23rd Avenue and S. Jackson Street in Seattle.

Located one mile east of the central business district of Seattle,  the building will feature ground‐level leased commercial/retail space, sub‐surface parking, and a rooftop deck with garden area. The unit mix includes twenty‐five (25) studio units, thirty‐one (31) one‐bedroom units, and eighteen (18) two‐bedroom units – most of which are targeted to 60% AMI households with some targeted at 50% AMI.

Construction is set to be complete in January 2020.
