NDC Affordable Housing and Housing Initiatives of New England Corporation (HINEC) will celebrate an Open House for a new senior housing project in Dover, NH. The project has created 58 units of affordable housing for the community’s senior population, serving residents with incomes below 80% Area Median Income.
Mast Landing is located in Dover, NH in close proximity to a newly developed commercial area, including a new Hannaford Supermarket and Pharmacy. The location is well suited for a senior housing development because it provides easy access for residents to many commercial amenities. Although the project is designated as senior housing, the residents will have access to assisted living support from an outside provider, Abundant Blessings Homecare. Residents can purchase any services they require to maintain an independent and active lifestyle, which include meal and medication reminders, and housekeeping services.
NDC Corporate Equity Fund XI assisted in the completion of the project, in partnership with Housing Initiatives of New England Corporation and The New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority.
