VHA issued the tax- exempt bonds in addition to providing gap financing while KeyBanc Capital Markets served as the bond underwriter. The Washington State Housing Finance Commission allocated the 4% LIHTC and the Washington State Department of Commerce and Clark County provided additional gap financing to make this project feasible. The project is slated to be completed in September 2027.
