Managing your Grow America loan

Working together on our shared commitments

Getting a small business loan with Grow America is a significant milestone in your business journey, but it’s just the beginning of our work together. Our shared goal is your successful loan repayment, and we’re committed to supporting you every step of the way.

Your continued obligations

As a borrower, you have a continued obligation to provide us with certain documents so that we can stay informed on the ongoing health of your business. To keep your account in good standing (and make it easy for us to help with requests like collateral or insurance changes), you are responsible for providing the following each year:

  • Up-to-date insurance details
  • Tax returns for all businesses and guarantors
  • Current business debt schedule
  • Current year interim financial statements
  • Ageing accounts receivable and accounts payable reports
  • Personal financial statements (on a case-by-case basis)

Help us help you by responding promptly when our team requests this information.

Loan payments

Here’s important information on your loan payments, as a reminder:

  • Due: 1st of each month
  • Payment method: Automatically withdrawn from your designated account
  • Statements: Emailed to you—keep them for your records

Sometimes things change

Please contact us to let us know if any of the following information changes:

  • Your address (business or personal)
  • Bank account information
  • Phone number or email
  • Insurance information
