July 2018- NDC Corporate Equity Fund XIV announced a LIHTC closing for the $19.8 new construction of McGregor Senior Assisted Living. This Project is part of an overall strategic initiative by the McGregor Foundation to create a senior living campus, located on a 32-acre historic site in East Cleveland, OH.
Once complete, McGregor Senior Assisted Living will consist of one, three‐story, mid‐rise residential building. Fifty units will qualify under the LIHTC program and will be rented to households whose income does not exceed 60% of the area median income. The remaining forty units will be market rate units.
