The Grant Funds are the fifth through seventh years of Morgan Stanley support for the NDC Greater Salt Lake Development Corporation (GSLDC). The funds will be used to continue to provide technical assistance, development expertise and low cost financial assistance through GSLDC to worthy economic development, community revitalization and affordable housing developments targeted in the greater Salt Lake area.
GSLDC was organized in 2013 to provide NDC’s typical services of technical assistance, training, and non-profit capacity-building, while also making loans (ranging from $150,000 to $2 million) to local small businesses and commercial real estate developments in the Salt Lake City area.
