On April 8, 2015, 7:30 pm, at the Vermont State House, Seth Bongartz, President of Hildene The Lincoln Family Home in Manchester, Vermont and Board Member of the National Development Council will be giving a talk commemorating the 150th anniversary of Lincoln’s Second Inaugural Address. Mr. Bongartz will be discussing the significance Mr. Lincoln’s March 4, 1865 address to a still divided nation, and its relevance today.
