Congratulations to our partners Central Minnesota Housing Partnership (CMHP) on the completion of Sprucewood Townhomes in Baxter, MN. All 34 townhome units available for residents earning 60% or less of AMI are filled, including the 4 units designated for Long Term Homeless families. Sprucewood is CMHP’s first project to incorporate solar energy to assist with electrical expenses. To date, the project has produced enough energy to light the Eiffel Tower for 60 hours.
NDC Corporate Equity Fund (CEF) contributed LIHTC Equity from NDC CEF Fund X, to assist in the project completion.
CMHP will host an Open House Wednesday November 19th from 10am to noon at project location, 14304 Grand Oaks Dr. Baxter, MN. More about Sprucewood Townhomes HERE!
