HUD awarded NDC a grant to provide technical assistance as part of the Agency’s OneCPD initiative, a “cross-program” approach intended to help grantees improve their management systems and capacity to successfully carry out comprehensive and sustainable “place-based” development and revitalization strategies. NDC and its consortium partners, under HUD’s guidance, will go to work in communities to build local capacity to revitalize neighborhoods, create jobs and develop affordable housing.
