NDC is proud to announce the closing of CEF’s Burl Oaks Townhomes. This project will include the construction of 5 buildings, totaling 38 townhomes in Sartell, MN. The large units at Burl Oaks will provide affordable housing to families in the area, the project will also set aside four units for homeless tenants.
