The Timberlake Supportive Living Facility, in Springfield, Illinois will have its ribbon cutting in April. The project is a 60-unit assisted living facility that will provide residents with personal care, homemaking, laundry, medication supervision, social activities, recreation and 24-hour staff. NDC has been an active investor in assisted living facilities in Illinois that are subsidized through the State’s Supportive Living Program, which was developed as an alternative to nursing home care for Medicaid eligible low-income elderly and persons with disabilities.
